My Story Begins
Welcome This is my blog to share my travels from Nevada to Alaska via Canada. I'm driving!! I will begin on Saturday June 28, 2025. My first stop will be Ely, NV to have brunch with a very good friend, Billy. After a brief stop I will continue on and spend the night in Idaho Falls. Sunday morning, the 29th I will drive to Stanford, MT and spend a week with my son and granddaughter. Why Le Cruz? I'm driving a 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz, all wheel drive, Night. My eventual destination is Fairbanks, AK then Anchorage. I'm sharing this adventure because it will be my final adventure and first time to Alaska. Alaska is also my 50th US State to visit. Yup, all of this is part of my Bucket List. I'm 74 y/o and have had a very adventurous life. Well, at least I think so. 🤔 My friend, Wayne and his wife, will join me in Calgary, CN.
